Do you accept my insurance plan?
We accept all medical insurance carriers. Before making an appointment you may double check with your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and program restrictions or call our office to assist you. Click here for a list of accepted carriers.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards at the time of visit.
Is full payment due at the time of visit?
We require that payment be paid in full at the time of visit.
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
Most appointments can be scheduled within a week. If there is an emergency, an appointment can usually be scheduled for the same day.
Where are you located?
We have four primary offices (Mt. Oliver, Dormont, Jefferson and McMurray). Please see the Offices page for details. For your convenience, we are also on site at Brentwood Professional Building and Hickory Family Practice on select days.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You may call the phone number for the office of your choice, M-F 8AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.
Do I need a referral?
You may need a referral. When you call to make an appointment, the staff will advise you as to whether or not you need one. If you do, it is your responsibility to obtain one from your primary care physician.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
All patients should bring identification information, health insurance cards, and a list of current medications. New patients should bring their completed New Patient Information Sheets, which can be downloaded here. If you are unable to print the documents, you can complete them in the office immediately prior to your appointment.
Can X-Rays be taken in the office?
Yes, all of our offices are equipped with x-ray equipment, with the exception of Hickory Family Practice.
Are custom orthoses available?
Yes, if needed, custom molds of the feet can be taken right in the office. This may depend on your insurance carrier.
